Bleeding had been almost non existent for days now but I woke up in the middle of the night with lots of dark red blood and cramps. I did do some house work yesterday but I have been for several days with no bleeding. This feels like a painful period and the blood is thick and mucusy. Is it normal to start bleeding with cramps after not having bleeding for days? It’s been exactly 2 weeks since my c section
