Depression/Anxiety & Pregnancy
Super transparent post! I’m normally just a creeper, reading all your posts & not saying much. But I’m in need of desperate help.
I got off both my Prozac and Wellbutrin when we found out I was pregnant. I’m having INTENSE emotions. I know hormones are flowing and all the things. But it’s gotten to the point, where I cannot have a good day. It’s constant crying, restlessness, my skin itches, the way my clothes feel on my skin makes me crazy, it’s all the things and I’m truly at a loss.
Any natural ways to shake these feelings? Or recommendations?
I work out 3x a week, tried meditation.
