And so it begins!
Starting my weightloss journey today and I've never been so excited. I gained 70+ lbs in my pregnancy, its been 5 months and lost 40lbs with doing nothing. But I'd liked to lose another 35lbs to get my back at my pre pregnancy weight of 130. I'm going to start with low carb clean eating and going to try and walk atleast 2-3 hours a day to start and in corporate weights and floor exercises. Hope to lose this weight by summer or 1 year post partum! Been so depressed with strech Mark's and loose skin but at this point none of that matters. So ready to get fit and gain some self love and confidence!! Wish me luck. 🤞🤞
