How often do you ladies pump without decreasing your supply?

the more often you pump the more milk your body will make. Start with every two hours to start your supply and after you get a good stash you can start decreasing to every 3-4 and eventually only have to pump once during the night if all goes well. def read kellymoms.com they are a great resource

I exclusively pumped with baby 1 and tried to do every 3-4 hours 20 minutes. Easier said than done:)

I feed and pump. He’s been feeding every 3-4 hours so I pump or feed every two hours if that makes sense.
