Evening primrose oil & nausea?

Anyone else experience nausea after taking EPO? Not sure if my body is just preparing for labor or if it’s from the EPO. 🤢

Yep, I started it last weekend and having nausea too!

It's listed as a side effect so I haven't worked up the nerve to try it orally. My midwife said to take it orally in the morning and squeeze the pills out and put the oil in vaginally at night. I also couldn't find data that said it actually worked.
