Induction time!

Went to the doc today and I am dilated 1 cm and 90% effaced. I am scheduled for induction on Friday 02/07. What do y’all think my chances are for going into labor on my own? I am 39 weeks on Wednesday. This is the first sign of me being dilated or effaced. I am so ready to meet my little man!
