Can someone explain to me how can I know? It's my first month charting

There’re many ways to know. You can do it by taking your basal body temperature, or checking you CM, or use ovulation prediction kit which is what I do. You can buy them for cheap on amazon or buy clearblue at your local pharmacy. That’s what I use and I get smiley face when I’m about to ovulate
