HELP Maternity Leave Disappointment 😩

Hey ladies,

So I wanted to see how many of you plan on taking leave and going back to work. I have been working for this company as a sales representative for just over a year and we dont fall under FMLA due to size, I am responsible for 12 states in my territory. They came back saying that I could take 12 weeks unpaid legally but that the only thing they are offering me for maternity leave is 2 weeks of pay😩

Wanted to see what you guys have all been offered for leave because this wont even help if my husband takes 2 weeks of paternity unpaid. I'm not sure what to do I feel kind of lowballed and disappointed but idk if I should be. Any help or advice would be awesome ❤
