Anyone’s LO have their top teeth?

My 10 mo has 4 on the bottom and I feel like the top want to break through so bad lol

we have the same, poor little guy. It has to be painfull to get 4 in at the same time. We got 4 teeth down and now 2 up came through and I can se the second two coming in also. The picture already looks like they will appear in no time!
