My credit score is 536. Very low I know, when I was fresh out of high school my mom took out a car with me as a co-signer which she never finished paying. She also took loans out under my name. I never payed them off myself because I didn’t work I was living with her as a full time student. I still don’t know how any of this works tbh. I’m almost done with school. I’m married now. I logged into credit karma for the first time ever & to my surprise it says I have 0 debt all my accounts have been closed off. Can someone explain to me where I go from now? How do I build my credit score? I’m so scared. I don’t want to ruin it anymore I’d like to protect it & build it.
