Very confused right now

Hello ladies! So, here we go. My last period was Dec 12th and I ovulated around the 31st. Had lots of sex and got a positive on a First Response 10 and 11 DPO. I tested again 12 DPO and 13 DPO (also with a First Response) and they were both very negative. Cut to now, I’ve been feeling really nauseated and have had really sore boobs for a few days, so I took a test fully expecting it to be negative. My question is, should I trust these dollar store cheapies? This app has me at 7 weeks pregnant, but I got my hopes up after those original tests and don’t want to go through that again.
