Everyone keeps telling me different things. Some people say abstaining until ovulation time is better because there will be Alot more sperm. Some people say not to because most of the sperm that shoots out is “old” or dead...does anybody know which is true? We have limited and only have sex about once a wk now because i don’t know what to believe anymore. My friend was abstinent and got pregnant her 2nd cycle immediately after quitting her bc. I know everybody is different but is there any truth to this?
