So I started spotting/lightly bleeding a few days ago, and wasn’t supposed to start my AF until now. Is there anyway this could be implantation bleeding? I’ve had zero cramping besides 2 nights ago when I had this pinching like feeling on my right ovary area. Been feeling very nauseous today, and had indigestion in the middle of the night and throughout the day today. I’ve heard of women having what seems like their period but they’re really pregnant so I’m confused. The top test is from last night and the bottom test is from this morning
