Horrible eater: weaning off whole milk
My daughter is almost 2 and she still relies on her milk for nourishment. She eats things like chips, cookies, tomatoes, yogurt, some noodles and some meats and fish, However it’s not very much and not often.
Do you guys have any tips for weaning her off her whole milk so she eats more real foods? She is a very stubborn little girl. She says eww to things she doesn’t want to eat often. 😞
