I didn’t know diaper rash came with pimples... is this normal or should I be worried???

Could be yeast? Definitely doesn’t look normal. I would talk to your ped.

My daughter has had 3 diaper rashes but none with bumps. I’d personally take your LO in or call the doctor. But that’s just me.

Definitely yeast infection, we use over the counter Lotramin and it clears up in a few days

Yes, my son has had this once or twice and it went away within hours with burts diaper cream.

My son has had this happen as well. I don’t think it was yeast, if you look at pics of yeast rashes it looks super welt-y? Idk, I put breast milk on it and it cleared up 🤷🏼‍♀️
