Any advice on long distance relationships? Like how to make it work. There’s this guy I went to college with a few years back who’s been trying to get my attention on Instagram for a while now. I recently gave him my number and we’ve been texting and video chatting for a little over 2 weeks , it’s been fun, the only thing is he’s 8 hours away. I don’t want to rush things but he said he’ll book a flight to come out here when I’m ready. I haven’t seen him in over 5 years so I’m a little nervous about if it’ll work out on not. We haven’t discussed getting in a relationship yet but things have been really nice with the texting , video and phone calls he’s the sweetest. If we were to get together what are some tips to making it work? I do have a 4 year old so I can’t get up and travel whenever, he doesn’t have any kids so he’s free to travel & book hotels. Just need some advice idk if we’ll get serious but if it was to happen in the near future I want it to actually work out no matter the distance
