Ovulation come and go??

Question

I’ve never had things come and go so quickly!  I wasn’t expecting to ovulate until a few days later, I almost didn’t even test.. anyone else have this happen?
Should I keep testing to see if this wasn’t actually it?  I don’t do BBT and I barely had time to check CM!

Yes you could but a positive result doesn't mean you necessarily ovulate that particular day. It just means your Lh is rising which usually within 48 hours you'll ovulate, which would be like a normal 28 day cycle for the 14th day to ovulate. 
I had test be positive 2x in a cycle. Alot times these calendar's can be wrong. As well as can ovulate differ day's each cycle. I notice with mine most cycles it would be the 15th day but some cycles would be the 17th and even had the 21 St day of my cycle. Everytime I ovulated on the 21st day my cycle wad late by a week or a few days.

Thanks everyone. It was just odd for me since I’m usually more on the 14-16 day peak, and I’ll usually have 2-3 (or more) days of positive tests before and after the peak. Guess this was a little faster turnaround this month!

That's a normal rise and normal time to ovulate in your cycle. You don't actually ovulate the day of your peak though. It can happen anywhere in the 12-48 hour window afterwards.

Looks accurate to me, but you know your body better than anyone else. It doesn't hurt to keep testing, just costs a few tests.

I got my positive yesterday too! And ovulated today. Usually I get my positive between CD13-15. But based on my cramping today and CM yesterday I think I ovulated a little early. I also usually show pos OPKs for 2-3 days, even tho you aren't supposed to keep testing after the first pos. But it was just yesterday afternoon until this morning then LH started dropping again. Felt so sudden!
