Is it okay to store milk in spectra bottle until at work, it’s fed to baby the same night

Not sure what you are asking; if it's going to be used within 4 hours (some say 5) you can leave it at room temp. I personally have a cooler I put my pumped milk into with an ice pack, and take it home like that.

5,5,5 rule. Milk is good for 5 hrs after pumped, 5 days refrigerated, 5 months frozen.
