FTM: long post, advice needed, need guidance

I set a routine we follow every night for my 4 month old, since she was born we have done a warm bath and bottle before bed with appropriate burping of course. At out 4 month check up she weighed in at 19.02 lbs and 25 inches long. The doctor expressed to me how concerned they are because it “seems as if I overfeed” my baby, I would feed her 2-4 oz every 2-3 hours. The doctor suggested I push for 4oz/3-6 hours. Also suggested I give her water between feedings. After research and seeking advice through this mommy group I found I don’t feel comfortable giving her water this young. I feed her 4 oz and can stretch it to the back door of 3 hours but it’s rare

I try to keep her entertained with toys (rattles, tummy time mat with toys, light up toys, light up walker, baby sensory videos) and for a bit she will be entirely entertained but within an hour- hour and a half out of no where she loses ALLLLL of her cool and starts SCREAMING. Shoving her fists up to her mouth, I then make her a small 2 oz bottle because nothing else will console her, as soon as the bottle hits her mouth she moans and groans as if she’s starving. Even throughout the night she wakes up at least 1-2 time wanting to feed when before she was sleeping through the night 8:30pm-7:15am

I just now gave her a warm bath and 4oz bottle at 8:45 pm, she slept up until 9:13 pm screaming for another bottle

I have been very worried about the doctors concern regarding her overweighting, she’s fitting in 4-9 mo clothing

I don’t know if this is a growth spurt, if it’s a normal 4 month old milestone.

I have read online starting baby purées and canned baby foods can start at 4-6 months, has any mommies tried that at 4 months and how did the baby like it? How did you like it? Pros and cons?
