To the ladies taking birth control orally. Do you skip the LAST ROW on your pills? Is it going to cause any harm?

I believe the last row is just a reminder pill so you don’t forget to take them plus it’s when you’re suppose to get your period. If you skip to a new pack right after taking the 3rd row of pills I’m guessing it would skip your period but I’m not 100% sure. I’m not on the pill I’m on the ring and it works the same way.

No its not gonna make a difference. I didnt even get that row. Its just like if you suffer from migraines or acne and hormones help, they give you a little boost to go with it while on your period. I got them at one point but never took them, love not remembering for a week
