I think I’m having Braxton Hicks, I’ve been having light lower pelvic cramping that comes & goes. 29 weeks today

I also think I'm having BH, except mine isn't cramps. My stomach pulls and goes really hard. I get out of breath and have to sit down. Not painful, just really tight and uncomfy

BH is more of a tightening, true labor is more like cramping. Did you try laying on your left side and hydrating?
