Today I just had an ovarian cyst removed through key whole surgery and found out I have endometriosis. I’m now on the recovery. I’ve been sent home after a scary night last night at he hospital (phew). I’m not able to drive and exercise. Also I haven’t been able to eat much for probably two weeks due to severe pain and nausea. Does anyone have any tips on a speedy recovery or what you did to feel better? I have no idea where to post this so hopes up someone has had the same :)
