Working & pregnancy?

Ladies, I’m curious to know what everyone is doing about work right now. I’m having to come out of work way earlier than expected and am kind of freaking out about how to make this work for me and my family. 
What are recommendations on budgeting tools, side hustles, etc?

Just had my last day but I was just a nanny for another family. Left early so I could spend more time with my 18 month old before new baby comes. I'll be staying home for good after this baby

Im a housekeeper and i start my maternity leave yesterday until giving birth 🥰

Personally it would depend on what you do for work. If it's an office job shoot stick it out until 2 weeks before your due date. Everyone is different and therefore judge on what your body is telling you.  My husband and I farm and ranch so its everyday until I go into labor. Matter of fact my biggest time of year when I have livestock giving birth middle of April to May is when I also will be giving birth. I just hope everyone will be finished by the time I go into labor!

I was planning to work all the way until I’m due but I’ve been missing two days a week so April 15th I plan on stopping and going on disability leave. I have 12 weeks paid after baby comes but not before. I’m so ready to stop 😂 I can but I like money so I won’t.

My boss is super flexible and fine with my working from home as needed. Last pregnancy I worked up to the day of my indiction at 41+3 but worked from home about once or twice a week from 36 weeks on and full time after my due date. I now tend to work from home whenever I have a doctor appointment, because my doctor is like 35 minutes from home.

I’m planning on leaving at 34 weeks as I am a personal trainer/ manager and getting on & off the floor has been getting harder and harder and tbh I’m ready to leave! It’s my first baby so I want to be able to have time to enjoy my dogs, house and alone time before the baby comes plus nest!- will be starting short term disability at 36 weeks then paid family leave after birth

I’m on sick leave due to a bad sprain on my foot. I will be off work for 4-8 weeks and will be taking a little bit of extra time to make sure it’s fully healed. Not sure if it’s worth going back for a few weeks or not ... I work in a daycare and it was becoming emotionally draining as is. A lot of stuff was hard enough to do on its own let alone pregnant. My doctor wrote me off until unknown time but the pay is obviously less than working. Im in the same boat as you but you have to do what’s best for you & baby 🥰
