has anyone been so nervous or anxious and their muscles just twitch everywhere?

I’m waiting for my blood test results tomorrow, I’m praying that it’s negative, and currently lying in bed and I am so so so anxious.

my thighs will twitch, then my arms, and my butt will twitch too. not only that, my stomach with also twitch and I’m so anxious and freaking out.

I did use a condom but my bleeding has been significantly lighter than usual and it’s been about 16w since I had sex with a condom (withdrawl and filled with water to make sure no holes). Hence why my stomach twitching is making me more stressed.

My pulse is super fast and I can feel it in my stomach :-(
