Easing cramps
I’m having minor cramping today.. no bleeding or anything.
What do you guys do to relieve them?
At what point should I call my doctor?

I’ve had a MC in the past but this doesn’t feel the same. They’re light for the most part and They’re stabbing pains and then I’ll get a chill.
