I have 4 kids. It's absolutely normal for symptoms to come and go. You'll get hormonal surges randomly. There were times I'd feel absolutely fine, and other times I felt horrible. Also I didn't really have strong symptoms my 3rd and 4th pregnancies....only food aversion.

I always feel a bit of panic when I don’t feel any symptoms. I’m 5 weeks today and mine seem to fluctuate a lot. Some days my boobs are sore and my back hurts others they don’t. Just recently I’ve had some slight cramping here and there. My only constant is feeling tired and waking up every day between 3-4 and not being able to fall back a sleep.

Second trimester I will tell you, you will feel more normal than not. BUT some days are hard for me today is hard I have a headache and I’m over all just blah feeling but just a heads up lol, I was FREAKED out when I hit second trimester. I was like ummm is the baby okay?! But don’t freak yourself mama it’s normal
