This is a TMI post but I’m new to all this! 😳

Ok so we are ttc and I’ve been tracking CM. I know it says to look for stretchy raw egg white consistency to identify that you are fertile and ovulating.

At the same time we are having regular sex every couple of days (both for fun and to try and get pregnant!).

My problem is that the day after sex my CM consistency/discharge is raw egg white like for the whole next day 🤣 doesn’t matter what part of my cycle I am in (so I’m guessing it’s a post-sex thing).

So how do you track CM changes when having regular sex?!
