Is green tea matcha and passion fruit tea bad for me? So many people are saying yes and the others are saying no

My doc says no green tea because it interferes with the absorption of folic acid.

If it's so conflicting with everyone's opinion call your doc office! I think even the nurses might be able to steer you in the right direction. I am not sure, I didn't think that any tea was a no no. I just don't want to tell you and be wrong.

Green teas they say to watch how much due to having more caffeine than a black tea. And I believe the issue with most fruit teas is that hibiscus is in everything and that's something to avoid due causing hormonal fluctuations and blood flow to the uterus that can cause contraction type movements
