Give me your thoughts!

So I’m a couple days away from my missed period. I haven’t taken an early response test yet, because I’m nervous. I got my progesterone back today and it was 12! Whoop whoop. I have been BBT I was on the rise like I should be, but today my temp went from 98.45 to 97.9. I have been cramping a lot, and I usually don’t cramp with my period. What’s the thoughts about possibly pregnancy.
