Trying to conceive first child

I’m 23 and me and my wife have a donor. We took a couple months off because I was emotionally devastated each time I got a negative test result. We started trying again last month and I’ve been nauseous, headaches, sore breast(Fuller) and fatigue. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative... Af is due tomorrow. Any comments are greatly appreciated:)
