There isn’t a simple answer, in my opinion. I’m trying for my first and am 36. My cousin is pregnant at 38 and will be 39 when she gives birth to her first You do you.

I agree! Also though, fertility declines rapidly after 35... obviously not for this poster :) if you know you want kids eventually, I’d just get my ovarian reserve checked to make sure I’m still good there. Then you will have the knowledge of how your body is doing fertility wise. But I’m also in my 30s ttc. It’s awesome we can wait until we want this days more than before.

I’m 32 and we just started trying. If you’re worried about your ability to get pregnant you could get hormone tests to check your egg quality. And you could always consider freezing some.

It becomes harder after 40 but isnt infeasible! 30s still have pretty dang good chances!
