Brown period blood

Hi ladies.

I’m hoping you can help. My period was due 3 days ago. I’ve had dark brown light spotting but no red flow everyday . I’m usually quite regular but no red blood or clots. Waiting 3 days on it to start properly. I’ve taken tests and they are negative. Just after some advice as I have no usual pms symptoms.
