How do I help this 😔 I read to put Vaseline on it, which is why it looks wet/shiny

Try baby Aquaphor if you have an already. My son sometimes get that under his chin and I think it’s just from all the drool and formula and we constantly are keeping that area clean it went away within a day for us

My little man had no neck!  So when this happens to him from his milk- I give him a good soak in the tub. I lay him down on a towel in the tub so I know he’s lifting his neck back enough to really get in there and clean it. Then afterwards I use a little diaper cream on the area and it clears up!  Good luck.

Went to pediatrician and she prescribed some nystatin powder. It's been difficult to keep the area dry because hes so drooly.
