Red wine for cooking recommendations!
So I'm getting ready for valentines day by figuring out our menu. For my husband I'm going to make fillet mignon and found this really nice faux bordelaise with mushrooms recipe that sounds amazing. But, I very rarely cook with wine so have no idea what brand I should get. What's your go to red wines for cooking?
