Tips for Daytime Naps?

Okay so we finally got LO to sleep at night pretty well in a travel bassinet in our bed but during the day she won’t sleep anywhere except on me. How are you guys getting your babes to nap during the day? We swaddle her at night but during the day she wakes up whenever we swaddle her and we end up having to do a full feed again. Any tips?

Most of the time, I let him just sleep on me (I’m soaking up the snuggles while I can!).  But if I need to get something done, I’ll put him in a bouncer chair or mommaroo with supervision.  I don’t nap during the day.

She sleeps in my arms for naps. I know these cuddles won’t last forever and I’m soaking it up.

It’s a double edged sword - the more I hold and fed baby dubbing the day, the better baby sleeps at night.  However... then I have to hold  the baby all day and I don’t get hardly anything done (which with two older kids can be tricky).  Generally, I hold baby as much as I can but if I need to get something done, I rely on the swing.

I was having this problem too. I started swaddling her when she starts to look sleepy and then rock and settle her a bit before putting her in her crib. I try to do it for her first nap of the day because she’ll normally have a long one and it’s my time of day to sit down and eat peacefully, shower, get ready or clean. The rest of the day it’s usually either swing, in my arms or in the carrier.

Sometimes my little will take naps in a bouncer or swing. If I desperately need to do something around the house and he doesnt want that I'll put him on me in a baby wrap or ring sling
 He naps really well in them and hands free breast feeding is a bonus.

Aw I would enjoy it honestly if its not debilitating you! Baby is still so little. 
With my first I let him sleep on me most of time and if not we had a little poddle pod (slept through from 9 weeks in his bassinet at night). 
Once he got bigger I then got him to sleep on our bed until he started to move too much/roll. 
I then transitioned him into his cot, took about 4 days to settle and now he sleeps well in his cot for day and night.
My daughter sleeps in a bouncy chair or on me if my husband is around or my toddler is having his nap. She still settles down well in her bassinet at night so far 👍 when she gets near the 3 month mark I'll start popping her down in her bassinet for naps or try anyway 😅

We had a similar issue with naps. My little guy loves to sleep on me and wouldn’t go down for a nap anywhere else during the day like he use to. I bought a love to dream swaddle so he could sleep with his arms up but not scare himself and then I put him in his bouncer seat that detaches from his swing. I bounce the seat until he falls asleep. Sometimes he only goes down for 20-30 minutes but sometimes he sleeps 2-3 hours!
