Looking for some insight, I know y’all aren’t doctors but seeing if anyone has had this happen before.

My cycles are clock work, I never miss a period, and I have 34-35 day cycles depending on the month. I’ve had 5 miscarriages and have been going back and forth to the doctors doing a ton of blood work, so far all my tests have came back great and now I have a sonohystergram scheduled for next Monday.

The only thing is, I had a faint positive on Sunday 2/2 and Monday 2/3 so I called and asked for blood work, my blood work came back 3 mIU/ml hcg which is negative. I have no spotting no bleeding and no cramping.... I’m now 4 days late which has never Happened without me being pregnant. I’m at a loss

I mean these are the fakest test lines I know but have no idea why my period isn’t starting
