Menstrual Cup Help!
About half a year ago I purchased my first ever menstrual cup. I have been using a Lena in the size regular. For the first few months I was a PRO! I was able to get it in comfortably without any leaks. However, it has been leaking my past few periods. I change it about every 4-6 hours, so it’s never half way full. My cervix is low during my period, so I don’t want to up-size.
Any tips or other brand recommendations?
