I get nauseous if my breasts need emptied.

Yes!! I had my husband go get a pregnancy test tonight because of it.  Makes me feel better this is “normal@

Yeah I think it’s hormone related. I also get it if I haven’t ate as much calories as I should. I notice it more around that 4-6am feeding
