i always did cold water and dish soap with a scrub brush, it did the trick. try to clean it as soon as you can and dont let it dry before you wash it (if possible).

Soak in Hydrogen peroxide. And scrub under cold water

Straight hot water, baking soda and dish soap with a little laundry detergent in the water. Leave for a while. Take it out, rinse with hot water and then ring out and wash.
