Heartburn remedy?

Currently 29 weeks and having bad heartburn everyday 😭I tried ginger tea and tums and does not help. 
What other remedies helped you???

My dr told me to use Prilosec OTC. I only use it when I get really bad. But my esophagus was starting too bleed from it so... we needed to try bigger measures to help me. Nothing else was working.

Pickle juice shots! So yummy! I’ve been keeping the juice from empty jars for awhile now. I get heartburn usually only at the end. I love the shots and it works for me ❤️

I do Zantac, Nexium and Tums, when needed. The struggle is real

I eat tums like they are candy I haven’t been able to find something else to help.

I know how you feel nothing helps my heartburn even water gives me heartburn. Milk gives me temporary relief but it's only for like 30mins to an hour.

Papaya enzymes! My friend swore by these in her pregnancy and they've def been working for me too. My OB approved as well. They are just chewable wafers that taste like papaya. Id say more fast acting than antacids but they don't last as long. I just keep the bottle handy.
