I go back to work tomorrow & my baby girl has a cold

Welllll, my sister in law is going to be watching my baby & her daughter (also 2 months old) was just diagnosed with RSV. As of like an hour ago. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

So since she was my only form of childcare I don’t feel comfortable leaving my baby tomorrow!! Has anyone experienced having to change your return date at the last minute?

I’m hoping I can call HR tomorrow and work it out so I can return next week 😞
