Sick of posting with no response! Please help
I keep posting in different groups asking questions and I’m not getting hardly any answers. I thought maybe this group might be helpful?
My husband and I just suffered a mc of our first pregnancy at 5 weeks on January 17. That pregnancy was unplanned but we have since decided to start ttc.
I want to know what vitamins/ foods helped your fertility. I’m currently off of caffeine and all meds. I treat my body as if I’m already pregnant. I take concept dha (prescription prenatal) and folic acid. I try to exercise at least thirty minutes a day. Drink plenty of water. What else can I do?
Also, what did you have your dh doing/taking?
Please help a girl out!
