Babysitter cost

Ok so we are going in for an egg retrieval on Friday and my coworkers daughter will be watching our 2 year old {she was a nanny before moving to England}. It will be about 5 hours she is with our son. How much should we give her in compensation? I know a typical babysitter would be like $15 an hr.

Minimum of 15/hr. I would ask her what her rates are though so there is no confusion

I think $10/$15 is standard. If she was a nanny though, she may have her own rate already.

I pay our babysitter $10 an hour, she’s a high school kid tho...
