Boils during pregnancy

Anyone else have issues with boils during pregnancy? This my 4th pregnancy and I've never had issues with them before now. I had one big one come up on the outside of my vagina. If finally went away with warm compresses and now I have two little ones on each side. Anyone know what causes them or something I can do to prevent them? I even quit shaving thinking that was making them worse🤷‍♀️
