Looks like a form of contact dermatitis. (I’m a licensed esthetician) make sure you are washing/rinsing soap off your body good. If you’ve been wearing your bra for a few days wash it, or maybe it’s time you get a new one, could not be fitting right. Apply some hydrocortisone cream. Should heal up in a few days
