Period 2 days late

Okay so I have a question af was due yesterday I took a clear blue digital test and was negative some time last week I had brown and pink discharge for only about 20 mins only when I wiped and then had really bad cramping on Sunday breast are really sore today. Has this happened to anyone and ended up getting a BFP????
