Paraguard ?s

Hi ladies! Tmrw I am supposed to go get the paraguard iud and switching off of my depo (I've been on for 5 years) so wanting to try something else. My depo has been faithful in doing its job I took a break to have concieved my daughter but that was it got right back on it after having her and it always makes my anxiety go crazy, main reason I want to try something new. My sister has the paraguard and loves it so I was JW has anyone gotten pregnant with it or had any serious complications? Tia!
