so ladies have anyone experienced ovulation spotting ??
i started spotting on the 30th of January and it only lasted for a day and cramping for two days on my lower right side, it felt like dull sharp pains but after that 3 days later my breast started to feel sore and tender..
to be honest i've never had this before first time experienced it
