I went to the eye doctor back in early December to get new glasses. They told me 4-6 weeks. In two days it will be 9 weeks! They said they’d call me when they were ready. I called at five weeks because I changed my phone number. Then again at 7 weeks. When I called at 7 the woman had a really bad attitude and just kept saying we will call you very firmly!

I’m not usually the type to keep calling or act a certain way because I know things can happen (they could be swamped/backed up etc.) but idk what else to do?? I need my glasses and now I don’t even want to call. I’ve needed new glasses for a while. I called to make an appointment (2-3) months before my appointment and December was the closest one they had. My eyes have really been struggling and my glasses are barely hanging on :(
