Is this early pregnancy discharge ? or am I ovulating early. ?

Answer

It looks like just plain old discharge.
There is no such thing as pregnancy discharge, and it does not look like fertile CM. The one characteristic of fertile CM is that it is VERY stretchy between your fingers. Of course, observing just your CM is a very unreliable way to determine if you are fertile. You may also get the stretchy stuff at other times when your estrogen levels are high,
